"Heather was amazing. We made a cross-country move from Southern California to Metro West. She worked with us remotely to help us understand the different towns, what they had to offer, what might not be a good fit for us, etc. We were very interested in top performing school districts since we had two elementary-aged children at this time. We also had to take into consideration easy transportation to Boston with a focus on train access to South Station. Heather compiled all of our requirements in addition to our wish list for our new home and was able to identify multiple communities that could be a good fit for our family. My husband and flew in for a long weekend and spent morning to night with Heather looking at homes. She knows the area very well and was able to introduce us to her favorite restaurants, grocery stores, etc., and also gave us a good sense of the East Coast culture. She also identified multiple rental properties for us in the event we did not find a home. We certainly did not expect to find a home in a single weekend, but we found two that met our needs. After much discussion and guidance from Heather we put in an offer (on a home that had been removed from the MLS - so no competition!) and we got it. This was such an ideal situation. We moved into our home one week before school started. We could not have done this without all of Heather's support. I highly recommend Heather to anyone considering a move. Heather was amazing. Anthony got us a home very quickly - one that had multiple bids - and honestly I don't know how he did it because my husband and I just sat back and let him do his thing. Could be partly attributable to his clout in Boston; we walked into open houses to immediate acknowledgment and "VIP" status from the seller's people. It's also his experience. Also, I'm not from Boston, I'm from NY; he took time to drive me to a bunch of neighborhoods and explain the pluses and minuses and to give me a feel for life there. What I like most is he also wouldn't steer me into anything just to make a transaction. "this is too much work for you guys." or "this is going to need to be gutted." or "this is cheaply made" or "this commute will be very difficult for you" are examples of things he said, just being honest.
