She worked with us remotely to help us understand the different towns, what they had to offer, what might not be a good fit for us, etc. We were very interested in top performing school districts since we had two elementary-aged children at this time. We also had to take into consideration easy transportation to Boston with a focus on train access to South Station. Heather compiled all of our requirements in addition to our wish list for our new home and was able to identify multiple communities that could be a good fit for our family. My husband and flew in for a long weekend and spent morning to night with Heather looking at homes. She knows the area very well and was able to introduce us to her favorite restaurants, grocery stores, etc., and also gave us a good sense of the East Coast culture. She also identified multiple rental properties for us in the event we did not find a home. We certainly did not expect to find a home in a single weekend, but we found two that met our needs. After much discussion and guidance from Heather we put in an offer (on a home that had been removed from the MLS - so no competition!) and we got it. This was such an ideal situation. We moved into our home one week before school started. We could not have done this without all of Heather's support. I highly recommend Heather to anyone considering a move. Heather was amazing. "I am writing this letter on behalf of Anthony Menounos. It seems self-serving for the manager of his office to give glowing remarks. In fact, it's quite easy in this case. Anthony came back to Coldwell Banker after working for an independent firm in Back Bay. His return was for many reasons. But the number one reason was the Coldwell Banker brand. No one leverages the services for his buyers and sellers better than he does. This gives each of his clients an advantage in the marketplace that has given him the results as a premiere Realtor®. For example, Anthony has a very close working relationship with our mortgage company. He has gone out of his way to create this bond. The truthful financial qualification of a buyer and seller is paramount in negotiations of a transaction. This isn't a point overlooked by Anthony. His sharp understanding of the ever-changing financial markets in concert with NE Moves Mortgage has benefited all involved, many times: He is also a master at prospecting and making sure every agent and buyer is aware of all his listings. Again Anthony utilizes the Internet like no other agent, the services of our local in-house marketing group as well as our corporate resources in our home office. He has been very innovative in his approa6 and through our various platforms, he is on the cutting edge of social media and digital marketing. I am proud to submit to you an outstanding Realtor® who is tireless in his approach and honest in his deliverables. Anthony has unique abilities that most agents do not; he knows and understands many different marketplaces. This allows Anthony to list and sell intelligently in many different cities and towns. By having this ability, Anthony is able to bring in the city buyers to the suburbs and the empty nesters back to the city! When you hire someone of Anthony's credentials; you are hiring someone who is honest, hardworking, and truly has his client's best interest in heart! I am always available for additional questions and always to support Anthony Menounos."

"Anthony Menounos and Dara Alperen are currently marketing two condominiums in a project that I developed at 49 North Margin Street in Boston's North End. Having known them for more than two years, I have found them both to be hard working, diligent, and always available. Most importantly, Anthony and Dara are highly organized, professional, and always answer their telephones and/or return voicemails immediately. Throughout the marketing process, they have worked hard to find creative ways to help procure buyers and solicit interest in the property. They have gone as far as to purchase furniture in order to help 'stage"" the property and have held various broker's events in order to help stimulate activity. They have been diligent with feedback and always have a positive outlook. Being aware of their success in marketing the 321 West Second Street Condominium project in South Boston (another project in which I was involved) was part of the reason why I hired them to market my own development I have also referred Anthony and Dara for much larger projects, ranging in size from 20-200 units! I highly recommend Anthony and Dara as real estate professionals."

He is a good combo of nice and aggressive when he needs to be, and he is very responsive to anything his clients need - no matter how much you bug him or ask questions it doesn't matter. We were looking at greater Boston, and the properties are highly, highly contested. Anthony got us a home very quickly - one that had multiple bids - and honestly I don't know how he did it because my husband and I just sat back and let him do his thing. Could be partly attributable to his clout in Boston; we walked into open houses to immediate acknowledgment and "VIP" status from the seller's people. It's also his experience. Also, I'm not from Boston, I'm from NY; he took time to drive me to a bunch of neighborhoods and explain the pluses and minuses and to give me a feel for life there. What I like most is he also wouldn't steer me into anything just to make a transaction. "this is too much work for you guys." or "this is going to need to be gutted." or "this is cheaply made" or "this commute will be very difficult for you" are examples of things he said, just being honest. I think anyone looking for a home should go to him."
